Returns
If you are a consumer or an individual, and the contract you entered with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The 14-day period for withdrawing from the contract starts:
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.
We will refund any payments made by you, including the delivery costs of the items, based on the rules indicated in the regulations, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.

Due to the defect, you may demand:
We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of issuing the item.
As a rule, you can report a complaint within a year from noticing the defect, but the time limit for submitting a complaint cannot expire before the end of the seller’s liability period.
Your complaint will be considered (addressed) within 14 days from the date of receiving your complaint notification.
