Returns

If you are a consumer or an individual, and the contract you entered with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by sending us a statement of withdrawal, for example, via email to: hello@paternsfamily.com

To facilitate the process, please include the following information in your statement:

• Full name
• Order number
• Bank account number for the refund

Please return the item to us promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract, to the address: Green Logistics Polska PATERNS, ul. Podleśna 30, 05-532 Baniocha, POLAND, phone: +48 797 975 957

Please include a note in the package with:

• Your full name
• Order number
• List of items, along with sizes, being returned.

This note will greatly facilitate the work of our warehouse and the processing of returns 😉

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day period for withdrawing from the contract starts:

• for a contract in which we transfer the item and are obliged to transfer its ownership – from the date of taking possession of the item by you or by a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier; and in the case of a contract that covers multiple items delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the date of taking possession of the last item, batch, or part by you or by a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.

We will refund any payments made by you, including the delivery costs of the items, based on the rules indicated in the regulations, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.

Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply, among other things, to a contract:

• for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package was unsealed after delivery.

Complaints

If a product purchased from us turns out to be with a defect, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. The complaint is best filed via email to: hello@paternsfamily.com or by post to the address:

Due to the defect, you may demand:

• replacement of the item free from defects,
• removal of the defect,
• or submit a statement about:
• price reduction,
• withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.

We are liable to you for defects found within two years from the date of issuing the item.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within a year from noticing the defect, but the time limit for submitting a complaint cannot expire before the end of the seller’s liability period.

Your complaint will be considered (addressed) within 14 days from the date of receiving your complaint notification.
